Jagdale Sports Academy, was founded about 20 years ago by Dnyaneshwar Jagdale in Pune, Maharashtra. Backed by former national cricketers, distinguished coaches, and influential figures from the Indian cricket fraternity, JSF has built a reputation for top-quality cricket coaching and athlete development. Their methods are grounded in experience and validated by the performance of players who have succeeded at national and international levels. At its core, JSF runs strong grassroots and performance programs. A key initiative is JSF ✘ Trinity, launched in 2020 under the guidance of Sourabh Jagdale, which identifies promising young cricketers in Maharashtra and offers them training, exposure, and scholarships. The foundation operates from multiple centres including Baner, Pashan, Balewadi, Kondhwa, etc., and emphasizes a performance-driven approach: strength & conditioning, skill development, transparent selection, and holistic growth for its players.
